Participated¶
Participated lists cases you have taken part in. Use it to revisit a case after you have acted on it or handed it to someone else.
Review a case¶
- Open Home → Participated.
- Find the case by number, title, process, or task.
- Open the case to review its information, history, notes, and documents.
The number next to Participated in the sidebar shows the count for your user.
Participation does not always mean the case is assigned to you. To see cases waiting for your action, use Inbox.
