Signing in takes two steps: first the workspace and username, then the password. The browser tab shows Lurana BPM — Login while you are on this screen.

Branding

The sign-in page is Lurana BPM's own: you should not see third-party sign-in buttons such as Google, Microsoft 365, or OneLogin.

Sign-in, step 1: workspace and username

The first step asks for the workspace and the username.

Step 1 — workspace and username

  1. Open the BPM address supplied by your administrator.
  2. Confirm the Workspace field. It comes pre-filled when the address includes the workspace; otherwise type it.
  3. Type your Username.
  4. Select Next, or press Enter.

While the workspace and user are checked, the button shows Checking…. If both are valid, the screen moves to the password step titled Password entry.

If the workspace or the user does not exist, the screen stays on step 1 and shows the reason. The values you typed are kept so you can correct them.

Situation What you see
User does not exist in the workspace User does not exist in this workspace
Workspace does not exist The specified workspace does not exist
A required field is empty A message asking you to complete the required fields

Step 2 — password

The password step shows a Lurana BPM account badge, the username you entered, and a ← Change user link under the button.

  1. Type your password. Use the eye icon to show or hide it.
  2. Select Sign in. The button shows Authenticating… and then the Home area opens.

Change user returns to step 1 with the workspace kept and the username editable.

Sign-in, step 2: password

The second step shows the account badge and the password field.

Accounts that cannot sign in

Account state What happens
Inactive Sign-in is refused; the account must be activated by an administrator
Expired (due date passed) Sign-in is refused
Vacation Sign-in succeeds and the account returns to Active automatically

The exact message depends on the state. If you only see a generic "incorrect username or password" message after several attempts, your account may have been disabled for failed sign-in attempts: contact an administrator to re-enable it.

Wrong password and lockout

Each failed attempt keeps you on the password step. After the number of failed attempts configured in the workspace password policy, the account is disabled and further attempts — even with the correct password — are refused until an administrator re-enables it.

Sign-in page preferences

  • Language — the ES / EN selector in the top bar translates the whole card.
  • Dark mode — the toggle switches the page to the dark theme, including a light version of the logo, and the choice carries into the application after you sign in.
  • Narrow screens — on a phone the card is a single column with no horizontal scroll, and focusing a field does not zoom the page.

Old bookmarks

A bookmark to the legacy sign-in address (the one ending in /login/login) redirects to the new two-step sign-in. Sign in normally; you do not need to update the bookmark.

If you open the server address without a workspace, BPM redirects you to the default workspace sign-in.
