Index maintenance¶
The Explorer uses an index of paths and documents to load folders quickly. After taxonomy changes or migrations, an administrator may need to rebuild it.
Rebuild the index¶
- Open Administration → System configuration or the Explorer maintenance controls.
- Run Rebuild index.
- Wait for the job to finish.
- Reload the Explorer.
Clear the cache¶
If the tree shows stale folders or documents, clear the Explorer cache and reload. The cache rebuilds on the next request.
When to run maintenance¶
- after adding or moving repositories, groups, or types;
- after a migration or regularization;
- after a large import;
- when the tree is missing a folder that exists in Documents.

Index maintenance requires configuracion:editar.
